Please prepare an 8 minute (max) video to present your work at NL4AI following the standard described here.
Once the video is created, please rename it following this pattern:
{Workshop acronym} – Video_{number of your paper in Easychair}.mp4
and upload it in this shared Dropbox directory: https://www.dropbox.com/request/G92jKXyGlsZg0uXAwXDk
Finally, it is compulsory to fill in the consent form for video publication available here: Consent for video publication
The form is in Italian and we cannot translate it in order to maintain its legal validity. If you need assistance on this step, please contact the workshop chairs.
The signed form should be named according to the following convention {Workshop acronym} – Paper_{number of your paper in Easychair} – Video consent.pdf
